Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InzoPay. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
InzoPay provides a crypto payment gateway that allows merchants and businesses to accept digital asset payments. Access is limited to businesses, sole traders, and registered entities acting in a commercial capacity. Personal or consumer use of the payment infrastructure is not permitted.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal authority to bind your business to these terms, and that your use of InzoPay complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Services
InzoPay offers the following core services: cryptocurrency payment acceptance (USDT, BTC, ETH), local wallet settlement, payment links, an embeddable checkout, a REST API with webhook support, and a merchant dashboard. Specific features depend on your plan tier.
InzoPay operates as a custodial service for cryptocurrency balances. Funds received on your behalf are held in wallets controlled by InzoPay until you request a withdrawal. For local wallet payments, funds are transferred directly to the merchant — InzoPay records the transaction but does not hold the funds.
3. Fees & Billing
InzoPay charges a percentage fee per successful transaction. Current rates are displayed on the Pricing page and within your account dashboard. There are no monthly subscription fees. Fees are calculated based on the transaction amount and deducted from your crypto balance.
Monthly invoices are generated automatically. If your crypto balance is sufficient, fees are deducted automatically within 24 hours of invoice generation. If your balance is insufficient, you must top up and settle the invoice manually. Unpaid invoices beyond their due date may result in account suspension. See Section 7 for details.
InzoPay reserves the right to adjust fee rates with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised rates.
4. Merchant Obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate business information during registration and keeping it up to date. You must promptly complete identity and business verification (KYC) when requested. Failure to do so will result in restrictions on your account.
You agree to use InzoPay solely for lawful commercial purposes. You must not use the platform to process payments for prohibited goods or services, to circumvent financial regulations, or to facilitate any form of fraud.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and regulatory obligations arising from your use of InzoPay in your jurisdiction. InzoPay does not provide tax advice.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on InzoPay:
- Processing payments for illegal goods, services, or activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal schemes
- Operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or suspensions
- Using InzoPay for personal (non-commercial) transactions
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt InzoPay systems
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with InzoPay are the exclusive property of InzoPay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any InzoPay materials without prior written consent.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
InzoPay may suspend or restrict your account in any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns that require investigation
- Unpaid invoices beyond the due date
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
During a suspension, you may not initiate new payment links or receive new funds. Existing balances will remain accessible after the cause of suspension is resolved. InzoPay will notify you by email of any suspension and the steps required to restore your account.
InzoPay may terminate accounts that engage in repeated violations, high-risk activities, or fail to resolve a suspension within 60 days. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting outstanding fees, subject to completion of identity verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
InzoPay provides its services on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InzoPay's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to InzoPay in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
InzoPay is not liable for losses arising from blockchain network delays, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration.
10. Changes to These Terms
InzoPay may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in your dashboard. Your continued use of InzoPay after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
